Please read these Terms of Use (the "Agreement" or "Terms of Use") carefully before using the services Payolee Partners. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the website at www.payolee.com/partners You the user agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Payolee Partners is an partner program for advertisers to actively participate and market Payolee and earn a commission.
To use the service you are agreeing to accept the terms.
Payolee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use by posting the updated terms on the Site. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes. Payolee reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including, but not limited to, the availability of any feature, database, or Content) at any time for any reason. The Company may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability. Payolee is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old (and at least the legal age in your jurisdiction). You represent and warrant that if you are an individual, you are at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract, and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. Payolee reserves the right to ask for proof of age from you and your account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided. The Company may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the service is revoked in those jurisdictions. Payolee offers a 30 day cookie window. This means if your referral does not join Payolee as a customer within 30 days you will not be credited that referral. As an partner if you have a balance of $50 or more eligible for payout it is your obligation to request a payout. If you as a Payolee Partner Partner do not request a payout your account will be suspended 60 days from the date your are eligible for a payout. 30 days from your suspension your balance will be forfeited. At some point you will be asked to verify your identity. While your partner account is in suspension you will not be credited any sales or referrals until your account is back to active status. A $2 fee will be deducted from each payout made to you. Fees associated with payouts will be deducted from original payout amount. International payouts will have a 5% fee deducted from the payout amount
You agree that Payolee may communicate electronically with you, by sending communications to your email address, and that Payolee is not liable for any user generated content that is emailed to you as part of such communications. It is understood and agreed that you are liable for all communications you send to you customers regarding the products and services you are selling or offering.
Users may provide links to other Internet websites or resources. You access these Internet websites and resources at your own risk. We have no control over such websites and resources, and you acknowledge and agree that Payolee is not responsible for their availability on the Services and does not endorse, is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for any damage related to the use of their content, advertising, products, services, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources.
User Content
When including and using user Content on the Services, you must have the legal right to do so, and you must avoid infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others in connection with the Services. "User Content" means the content you use to create your payment button whether it may be a photo you have uploaded, etc must be your own content. You represent and warrant:
Your User Content, when used as contemplated hereunder, will not contain material subject to third party copyrights, trademark rights, or rights of privacy or publicity, or material that is subject to any other third-party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the materials or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant Payolee all of the license rights granted in these terms.
Each partner who has referrals and sales will be given a monthly commission of 55% for each referal. A one-time commission of 75% will be applied to the first sale (customer payment) of your referral.
If you engage in this activity you will be banned from payolee and reported to the proper authorities, payolee does not allow Marijuana dispensaries and related businesses; sale of tobacco, adult, e-cigarettes, and e-liquid; online pharmacies; age restricted goods or services; weapons and munitions; gunpowder and other explosives; fireworks and related goods; toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials; products and services with varying legal status on a state-by-state basis.
We partner with Tax1099 to collect tax information from each partner. It is required for each partner to fill out a W9 form and verify their identity in order to receive a payout. If you have been paid $600 or more you will receive a 1099 MISC sent to your mailing address and email. This is required by the government for your tax filings.
Payouts will be made by Gigwage. We partner with Gigwage to pay each partner. In order to receive a payout you need a minimum balance of $50.
